All brands, images, texts, comments, illustrations (animated) images, video images, sounds and all the technical applications that can be used to operate this website and more generally all the components used on this website, are protected by the laws on intellectual property. Any reproduction, repetition, use or modification, by any means whatsoever, of all or just part of it, including technical applications, without the prior written permission of the controller, is strictly prohibited. The fact that the controller may not take immediate action against any infringement, can not be considered as a tacit consent, nor of a waiver of any right to prosecute the infringing party.

- Collected personal data are used to maintain a (commercial) relationship with you and, if applicable, to process your orders. They are recorded in an (electronic) register.

- Under Article 13(2)(b) GDPR each data subject has the right to information on and access to, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability.

- Each request must include a copy of a valid ID with your signature and a contact address.
- We will respond within one month of receiving your request.
- Depending on complexity and number of requests, this period may be extended to two months.
Article 8 – Legal obligations
- In case of legal request by authorities, personal data will be provided upon explicit and reasoned request and will thereafter no longer fall under this policy’s protection.
- If certain data are mandatory to access features of the website, we will indicate this when requesting such data.

- Your personal data will not be used by our partners for commercial purposes.

We only access the calendar data you explicitly authorize; nothing else.

Data is used solely for scheduling functionality and never for marketing or analytics.
15.3 With Whom We Share Your Calendar Data
- Service Providers: Third-party hosting and support, bound by contract.
- With Your Consent: Participant info for created events.
- Legal Requirements: Only as required by law.
- No Sale of Data: We never sell or rent your calendar data.
15.4 How We Protect Your Calendar Data
- Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
- Strict access controls
- Regular security audits
- OAuth 2.0 for calendar connections, no password storage
- Monitoring and logging of access attempts
15.5 Data Retention and Deletion of Calendar Data
- We don’t store your existing events, only tokens used for scheduling.
- Stored data is limited to appointments created via our platform.
- Disconnecting deletes tokens immediately.
- Account deletion removes all calendar-related data.
- Data deletion requests can be made at sebastiaan@famelab.io.
15.6 Your Rights Regarding Calendar Data
- Revoke access via your calendar provider.
- Request a copy of data we’ve collected.
- Correct any inaccuracies.
- Limit processing to specific functions.

- We’ll update this policy for any changes.
- Material changes will be emailed to you.
- Re-authorization will be requested if needed.
